Spring is here, ya’ll! Whether you are local or simply driving through, there is an activity for everyone.

Here are over 25 activities to do with kids in Waco:

  1. Dr. Pepper Museum

    Did you know that the Dr. Pepper Museum has a happy hour? Large fountain drinks are 50% off Monday through Saturday from 11-1 and Sunday from 12-1. You don’t have to pay admission to visit the soda fountain or gift shop.

  2. Waco Mammoth National Museum

    Mark your calendar for Mammoths on the March!  This is a spring festival from 9-5pm on March 25th. Games, Petting Zoo, Train rides, and more.

  3. Playdate in Poage Park

    Poage Park recently had a facelift and it’s so much fun! Bring your lunch and stay a while.

  4. Cameron Park Zoo

    You can never go wrong with the zoo. Be sure and check out their upcoming events, like Spring Break Bayou Bash, and grab your friends for a play date.

    Candy colored heaven. It’s no surprise why kids love this local candy store.

    We are so excited that Pura Vida is bringing paddle boarding back to Waco.  Save the date for “Sunday Funday” on March 26th from 2-5 PM. There will be a DJ, free use of boards, and demos of SUP yoga. You can find them at the bottom deck of Buzzard Billy’s.

  19. Spring at the Silos

    Artisans from across the country will gather at Magnolia for one big community event going on March 16-18.  There will also be activities on the lawn for the entire family. You do not want to miss it!

    Flips Gymnastics offers a Friday morning fun day once a month from 10-11:30. At only $5 a child, it’s worth every penny.
